I’ve been impressed  for a while by a warning I read in the Bible’s book  of Ezekiel in Chapter 33.  He speaks  to the watchman who stands watch on the city wall. He is reminded that it is his responsibility when he sees danger approaching that he must sound the warning trumpet.
     When people hear the warning they might respond correctly and escape the approaching calamity.   If they ignore the warning – they will face the consequences of ignoring the warning.
     But here is what impresses me — the watchman is told if he sees danger and fails to sound the alarm — people will suffer and their blood will be upon the watchman because didn’t warn them.
     I have launched this web site because I, as a follower of Jesus Christ, see danger approaching.  Therefore, I must  sound a “warning trumpet.”
     I recognize that people within our nation and culture are in danger because our world is in the midst of a huge war. It is a war that is greater than the World Wars fought around our globe in past centuries.
     It is the very real SPIRITUAL WAR being fought over the present and eternal destiny of every person on earth.  This battle affects every one of us.
     We are told in God’s word: “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.”
     A well-developed, agenda of deceit employed by literal spiritual forces of evil to deceive mankind today that hinders so many people from knowing the truth about who Jesus Christ actually is and all that He offers to us.
     That is the purpose of this blog site — to point out some dangers  we face and offer those who heed the warning a chance to avoid the consequences.
     On this site I plan to point you to some things that God has revealed about who He is and how we might have a personal and eternal relationship with Him since He is the Creator of the entire Universe.
     In my own life I’ve found these truths to be so important that I must share them with you. They have revolutionized my life and changed my priorities and life direction.
     I am not a pastor or seminary graduate, just a real, ordinary person who has discovered some profound truths that I’d like to share for your consideration.
     I don’t pretend to have all the answers but would like to pose some facts and questions for you to consider.  You’re invited to come along on this adventure. I think you’ll find it to be both exciting and enlightening.
